Gottman Method Couples Therapy
Primarily I use the techniques from Gottman Therapy to improve friendship in your relationship(s) and decrease conflict. Gottman Therapy is also used to improve sex in marriage. I have completed Gottman Level One, and look forward to completing further trainings in the future.
My main approach to relationships is to listen. I’ll work to repair things with you and your partner if you have had therapists in the past who seemed to take sides. I would be honored to work with you and your partner(s) as an unbiased springboard for new ideas. It would be my honor to guide you past your pain.

Sensate focus is a little bit changing your actions, a little bit changing the way you think about sex, and a little bit learning to be present with yourself and your partner. Sometimes couples need to slow down and take the pressure off. Sensate focus gives you skills to be present in bed without getting caught up in your head
